1. Agreement
These Terms of Use ("Terms") are an agreement between you and Appsinfoway ("we", "us") covering the ScreenFit app for iPhone and iPad (the "App") and this website. By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you don't agree, don't use the App.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use the App. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the App only with the involvement of a parent or guardian who agrees to these Terms.
3. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App on Apple devices you own or control, as permitted by the Usage Rules in the Apple Media Services Terms and Conditions. The App is licensed, not sold. Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement also applies; if it conflicts with these Terms, these Terms control to the extent permitted.
4. Subscriptions & billing
- ScreenFit Pro is required to lock apps. Available plans, prices and any free trial are shown in the App before you buy and may vary by region.
- Billing. Payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase, or when a free trial ends.
- Auto-renewal. Subscriptions renew automatically at the same price and period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- Free trials. If a plan includes a free trial, any unused portion is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Cancelling. Manage or cancel any time in Settings → your name → Subscriptions. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
- Refunds are handled by Apple under its policies. You can request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Price changes will be communicated in advance as required by Apple and applicable law.
5. Health & safety
The App involves physical exercise. Push-ups and squats can cause injury if done incorrectly or if you have a medical condition. Consult a doctor before starting any exercise program, especially if you are pregnant, have a heart, joint, back or other condition, or have been inactive. Choose a rep count that is safe for you, warm up, use a stable surface, and stop immediately if you feel pain, dizziness or shortness of breath.
The App is a digital wellbeing tool, not a medical device, and does not provide medical, fitness or mental health advice. Rep counting is automated and may be inaccurate. Place your device securely and use the App only where it is safe to exercise. You use the App and exercise at your own risk.
6. How locking works
App locking uses Apple's Screen Time framework, which is controlled by iOS. Locks may not apply in every situation. For example, they can be removed by changing Screen Time permissions, may behave differently after iOS updates, and do not block emergency calls. The App is a tool to help you build better habits; we don't guarantee that it will prevent access to any app or achieve any particular result.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile or modify the App (except where law allows), circumvent its subscription or security features, use it to break the law or infringe others' rights, or use it to monitor another person without their consent.
8. Intellectual property
The App, its design, text, graphics, and the ScreenFit name and logo are owned by Appsinfoway or its licensors and protected by law. Win cards you generate are yours to share. Third-party trademarks belong to their owners.
9. Disclaimers
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy and non-infringement. We don't warrant that the App will be uninterrupted or error-free. Some jurisdictions don't allow these exclusions, so some may not apply to you. Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory consumer rights.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Appsinfoway will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits or goodwill, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App is limited to the amount you paid for the App in the 12 months before the claim. This does not limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited by law.
11. Termination
You can stop using the App at any time by deleting it (and cancelling any subscription). We may suspend or end your access if you materially breach these Terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
12. Apple terms
The following applies because you obtained the App from Apple's App Store:
- These Terms are between you and Appsinfoway only, not Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App.
- If the App fails to conform to any applicable warranty, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the App.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the App, including product liability claims, claims that the App fails to conform to legal or regulatory requirements, and consumer protection or privacy claims.
- Apple is not responsible for the investigation, defense, settlement or discharge of any third-party claim that the App infringes intellectual property rights.
- You represent that you are not located in a country subject to a U.S. Government embargo or designated as a "terrorist supporting" country, and are not on any U.S. Government list of prohibited or restricted parties.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
13. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Appsinfoway is established, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live, and you may bring proceedings in your local courts.
14. Changes
We may update these Terms. We'll change the "Last updated" date above and, for material changes, notify you in the App. Continuing to use the App after changes take effect means you accept them.
